In that category, Mike Anderson is the king, and the former Tiger football star’s restaurant is the castle that continues to pack loyal fans year after year. They say Anderson is meticulous about the details. Our readers couldn’t agree more. Everything that swims or floats is fried to perfection and served with plenty of lemon wedges.
